Smoking and Non Smoking
All our rooms are non-smoking and the detectors are quite sensitive. If you set the alarms off by smoking, you will not be popular with the fire brigade and with other guests. Please read the non smoking notice in the room.
In the restaurant and bar we have non-smoking and smoking eating areas and the bar is a smoking area.

If you anticipate a late check-in and require food, we can arrange for a cold plate meal to be left for you in your room. Your normal tea and coffee facilities will be provided . If you would like additional drinks, Champagne, Spirits etc, simply request them in advance.
Checking Out
We only accept certain credit and debit cards and unless you have an account opened, we charge the room to your card on booking. We can either give you your itemised bill or receipt as you leave or we can post it to a specified address.

Overbooking
Unlike some establishments, we never overbook to compensate for “no shows”. When you or your office calls to confirm a reservation we will charge the cost of the room to the designated credit card. Unless a cancellation is made within an agreed period, (usually 48 hours) your booking is firm and you will not be disappointed.
